Fractional Chief Marketing Officer
A fractional CMO is an experienced marketing leader you bring in on a contract basis. For Qi, I’ll lead the strategy, handle the hands-on marketing and coordinate with your team.

Monthly deliverables
One plan for Qi’s content, website and marketing. I’ll manage the work, coordinate with your team and use the results to guide what comes next.
- SEO blogs
- 4
- Social posts
- 12
- Newsletter

Content & email
- Research, write, upload and format the blogs, with service links, search titles and descriptions. Publish roughly one a week.
- Plan, design and schedule 12 finished social posts, including up to two simple reels from supplied footage. The same post shared to Instagram and Facebook counts as one.
- Write, design and schedule the monthly marketing newsletter.
- Create copy and templates for automated patient emails, separately from the newsletter.
Website & local SEO
- Research topics and keywords. Keep website service details, offers, images and links current.
- Maintain Google Business Profile and booking links.
- Handle routine marketing-platform upkeep and coordinate approved Boulevard and RepeatMD updates with your Operations and Technology contacts.
Planning & team coordination
One-hour leadership team meetings every other week
- Plan around Qi’s priority services, patient questions and seasonal offers.
- Coordinate directly with Operations and Technology. Track tasks, approvals and deadlines in the 8 Seasons document.
- Prepare for leadership team meetings, follow up on decisions and give your team photo and filming shot lists.
Tracking & reporting
Monthly review & recommendations
- Set up and check agreed website and campaign tracking, including booking-link clicks, where Qi’s platforms support it.
- Establish a baseline, then review website, search and campaign performance alongside available booking and membership reports.
- Separate booking clicks from completed appointments and sales. Explain what’s working, what needs adjusting and the next steps in the 8 Seasons plan.
I’ll manage
The plan, content, website updates, reporting and team follow-up.
You & your team
Approve priorities, budgets and clinical information; provide current service details and usable photos or footage.
What does Boulevard & RepeatMD support cover?
I’ll coordinate approved marketing information, offers and email-template updates with your team. Appointment handling and clinic administration stay with Qi; custom technical integrations need a separate scope.
How we’ll use the 8 Seasons document
One shared plan for marketing, decisions and team follow-through. November–January is our first 90-day plan within the six-month retainer. We prepare for each season before it starts.
| Q1Season 1 | Q1Season 2 | Q2Season 3 | Q2Season 4 | Q3Season 5 | Q3Season 6 | Q4Season 7 | Q4Season 8 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Jan 1 – Feb 15 | Feb 16 – Mar 31 | Apr 1 – May 15 | May 16 – Jun 30 | Jul 1 – Aug 15 | Aug 16 – Sep 30 | Oct 1 – Nov 15 | Nov 16 – Dec 31 |
Season 7 · Oct 1 – Nov 15
Setup & holiday decisions
Finish access and the reporting baseline. Approve holiday offers, budget, dates and capacity by November 15, then prepare the first content calendar.
Season 8 · Nov 16 – Dec 31
Holiday rollout & January planning
Run approved holiday marketing, review results and prepare January’s plan before year-end.
Season 1 · Jan 1 – Feb 15
January follow-through & review
Carry out January’s plan and review our first 90 days. Use the results to choose the next priorities.
What the working document keeps organized
- Current and next-season priorities: services, promotions, events, content and projects.
- Department follow-through: what Marketing, Executive, Technology and Operations each need to supply or decide.
- Completed and open onboarding: Boulevard access, the marketing Gmail, Google Business Profile access and remaining setup.
- Results and action items: reporting source, review period, decision, responsible person and due date.
The document uses an approach I learned through Qnity and used at Gordon Salon, adapted for Qi. Reference links are included in the document.
About the monthly rate
Leadership + hands-on marketing
$5,000per month
$60,000 annual equivalent
Initial commitment: six months
November 2026–April 2027
Then month to month, with 30 days’ written notice to end.
The monthly fee covers both marketing leadership and hands-on delivery: the agreed content, website support and coordination with your team. I’ll keep the work moving, with your input on business priorities and clinical approvals.
Fractional CMO rate context
Published fractional Chief Marketing Officer fees vary with the time, team and production included. One example lists $5,000 a month for directing a client’s team and $10,000 with content and campaign production. A beauty, wellness and healthcare consultant starts at $8,500 a month for leadership. Another healthcare consultant includes strategy and execution at $4,000–$8,000 a month for 15–20 hours.
These are examples, not an industry average or identical packages. Qi’s fee covers the specific leadership and monthly deliverables on this page.

Published prices checked October 28, 2026. The annual equivalent assumes twelve months; the initial commitment is six.
Qi’s marketing spend is separate. The $5,000 retainer covers my services. Advertising, software, printing, events and other marketing expenses are additional. You set and approve those budgets; I’ll recommend how to use them.
Payment schedule
Choose one payment schedule. The total is $5,000 per month either way.
If you choose split payments
$3,750 due November 1
$2,500 for the first November installment + $1,250 remaining website balance.
The next $2,500 is due November 15.
View all six months of payment dates
| Service month | Once a month | Twice a month |
|---|---|---|
| November 1–30, 2026 | $5,000 · Nov 15 | $3,750 · Nov 1 $2,500 · Nov 15 |
| December 1–31, 2026 | $5,000 · Dec 15 | $2,500 · Dec 1 $2,500 · Dec 15 |
| January 1–31, 2027 | $5,000 · Jan 15 | $2,500 · Jan 1 $2,500 · Jan 15 |
| February 1–28, 2027 | $5,000 · Feb 15 | $2,500 · Feb 1 $2,500 · Feb 15 |
| March 1–31, 2027 | $5,000 · Mar 15 | $2,500 · Mar 1 $2,500 · Mar 15 |
| April 1–30, 2027 | $5,000 · Apr 15 | $2,500 · Apr 1 $2,500 · Apr 15 |
The November 1 split payment includes the one-time $1,250 website balance. It is separate from the $30,000 retainer total for November–April. With monthly payments, the website balance is invoiced separately. We’ll confirm the selected schedule in the service agreement.
Additional support
Optional support outside the monthly retainer. We’ll agree the work and dates before booking.
Content days are optional. Your 12 monthly posts use available approved assets and footage your team supplies. An on-site day includes my content assistant; travel costs and lunch are additional. We’ll agree the capture plan and use of the material before booking.
Original October website proposal · archived reference
Original website scope, pricing, payment terms and timeline retained for reference. These are the original proposal dates, not an updated launch commitment. The website service agreement governs that separate project.

Website scope & your questions
Which parts of Qi’s current site will you rebuild?
We’ll agree the page list before I start.
- Keep: the services, team information, and content you want on the new site.
- Combine: pages that repeat the same information.
- Remove: old content you no longer need.
The current 113 website addresses are an inventory, not the agreed build scope. Extra pages or major new work need a separate quote.
What happens to our existing Google links?
- Keep important page addresses where practical.
- Send old links to the correct new pages when an address changes.
- Update page titles, search descriptions, headings, and image descriptions.
I’ll make the priority fixes Squarespace supports. These steps support the move; specific rankings and bookings are not guaranteed.
How will we track website activity?
With your permission and account access, we connect or check Google Analytics and Search Console. These tools help show how people find and use the site. We set up supported contact and booking tracking where the tools allow it. A booking-button click is not the same as a completed appointment.
What work is outside this project?
A full logo or brand redesign, photography, filming, a full rewrite, major new content, online stores, memberships, patient portals, custom software, and advanced connections are not included unless added in writing. Monthly marketing and website work after launch are separate. Platform fees, paid tools, licensed images, and domain fees are also separate.
Do I need GoDaddy access, or something else?
You can keep qiwellnessclinic.com.
- GoDaddy: where the domain is registered.
- Cloudflare: where its current domain settings are managed.
- Before launch: confirm who controls those settings and preserve the email records.
We connect the domain after the new site is approved and ready.
Will our current site stay online while you build?
The new site is built separately. We switch the domain after review, approval, and final payment. Domain changes can take time to reach everyone, so we check the connection during launch.
Will clients still book through Boulevard?
Yes. We use the booking links Qi approves.
- Check that website buttons lead to the right booking path.
- Address duplicate website connections within the agreed scope.
- Review the main booking and contact paths after launch.
Changing Boulevard itself, moving patient records, or building custom connections is separate work.
Who owns the website?
Qi owns its accounts. After full payment, Qi owns the final copy and design made specifically for this project. LaBelle keeps its existing templates, reusable code, tools, and methods. We use account invitations instead of shared passwords where possible.
What if something needs fixing after October 30?
- First 14 days: confirmed defects from the original project are covered.
- New requests: extra pages, new content, and new features are separate work.
- November–January: the optional monthly partnership covers ongoing website management and marketing.
Can I do the website without a monthly partnership?
Yes. The $2,500 website project stands on its own. Monthly support is optional, begins after launch, and covers November 2026–January 2027 under a separate agreement.
Who checks medical statements and privacy requirements?
Qi reviews and approves medical statements, prices, promotions, and policies before publishing. Formal legal, medical, privacy, accessibility, and regulatory reviews are outside the website project. This work is for the public website and marketing only. We do not need patient records, private health information, or payment card details.
Our plan.
October 15–30, 2026. We build, review together, then launch.
Get ready
Agreement, first payment, account access, photos, and page list.
Plan & build
Organize the pages and create the first version for your review.
Review & launch
Make agreed changes, check the site, and prepare to go live.
What we need to start & how reviews work
What should Beata send before October 15?
- Access: current website, Squarespace, domain settings, and relevant Google tools.
- Content: logo, approved photos, service details, provider information, prices, hours, policies, and booking links.
- Decisions: final page list and one person to send combined feedback.
Please return feedback within one business day of each scheduled review. Qi approves medical statements and policies before publication.
What if we need more time?
October 30 is a target based on receiving the agreement, payment, access, content, and approvals on time. Delays move the schedule. If the project is waiting for client materials or approvals for more than 10 business days, the remaining work may be rescheduled based on availability.
How will I review the design?
- I’ll share the working website at planned review points.
- Send one combined list of changes for each round.
- Two rounds are included.
Extra rounds, new pages, or changes to approved direction may need another quote and more time.
