What is included in the opening order?
The $345 opening order includes 25 can coolers, 12 shot glasses, 12 sticky-note pads and 10 everyday totes, for a total of 59 pieces.
What is the reorder minimum?
Returning retailers may build a flexible mixed reorder beginning at $150. Additional products may be included when available.
How does preorder payment work?
The $345 opening order is paid in full before production. Orders of $500 or more may reserve production with a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due before delivery.
When will the order be ready?
Estimated fulfillment is three to four weeks after the applicable preorder window closes. Final timing is confirmed before payment.
Is local delivery available?
Local Chicago delivery or pickup may be coordinated after production. Shipping outside the local delivery area is quoted separately.
What happens if an item arrives damaged?
Damaged or incorrect merchandise must be reported with photographs within five business days of delivery. Approved claims will be replaced or credited.
