Who this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how LaBelle Branding LLC (“LaBelle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information through labellebranding.com, the LaBelle Bridal web and mobile application, wedding websites created through LaBelle Bridal, and related communications and services (collectively, the “Services”).
This policy applies to brides and couples, professional planners and coordinators, vendors, wedding guests who submit an RSVP, website visitors, and people who contact LaBelle.

Information collected automatically
When someone uses the Services, we and the providers that help us operate them may receive limited technical information, such as device or browser type, IP address, pages or features viewed, approximate region derived from an IP address, timestamps, and diagnostic or security information. We may use privacy-conscious product analytics to understand which features are useful and where the experience needs improvement.
LaBelle Bridal does not collect precise live location, health or fitness information, government identification numbers, an address-book contact list, or browsing history outside the Services for LaBelle’s purposes.
03
How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Create and manage accounts;
- Provide, save, and synchronize wedding plans across devices;
- Support collaboration between a bride or couple and an invited planner;
- Operate wedding websites and collect RSVPs on the couple’s behalf;
- Review vendor applications and manage LaBelle Network listings;
- Send requested, transactional, service, and account communications;
- Provide support and respond to feedback or privacy requests;
- Understand product use and improve the Services;
- Protect users, prevent misuse, troubleshoot problems, and maintain security; and
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
05
Wedding plans, collaboration, and visibility
A wedding plan is private to its account holder unless access is intentionally shared. When a bride or couple invites a professional planner, the planner can access the information permitted by the selected collaboration settings. The account holder can change those settings or remove access. Removing access prevents future planner access but does not automatically erase the account holder’s wedding plan or planning history.
A published wedding website and the information intentionally placed on it may be viewable by anyone with its link. Users should avoid publishing information they do not want guests or link recipients to see.
07
Retention and deletion
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain an account, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, resolve disputes, protect the Services, and meet legal or recordkeeping obligations. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and why it is needed.
LaBelle Bridal users can request deletion through the in-app Privacy Center. A user may also email us. We may verify a requester’s identity before completing a request. Some limited information may be retained where legally required or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement.
08
Your privacy choices
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may be able to:
- Request access to or a copy of your personal information;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Request deletion of personal information;
- Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent;
- Opt out of nonessential product analytics; and
- Appeal a decision concerning a privacy request where applicable.
We will not discriminate against someone for exercising an applicable privacy right. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authority and identity verification.
To make a request, use the LaBelle Bridal Privacy Center or email lizzie@labellebranding.com.
09
Email communications
We may send account, invitation, security, support, and service-related messages that are necessary for the Services. Where we send optional marketing or product-update emails, recipients can unsubscribe using the link in the message. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop essential account or service communications.
10
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. These include encrypted connections, managed authentication, access controls, and database-level permissions. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect their login credentials and contact us if they suspect unauthorized access.
11
Children’s privacy
The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and address it.
12
External links and services
The Services may link to vendor websites, social media pages, email applications, or other third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one. We encourage users to review those policies before providing information.
13
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Services evolve or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above. If a change materially affects how we handle personal information, we will provide additional notice when appropriate.
