Haystack Technologies

Two years of strategic marketing work across product development, positioning, and go-to-market strategy within the building materials industry.
The Problem The building materials industry has always relied on physical samples, but has almost no visibility into how they actually move, where they end up, or what impact they have. That blind spot creates inefficiencies across inventory, decision-making, and ultimately revenue.
The Work Led strategic marketing across evolving product directions, from early digital human concepts to the development of Orbit, an inventory tracking technology that includes an in-store app and CRM with analytics on sample movement.
The Approach Translated complex technical systems into clear positioning, messaging, and sales narratives. Worked closely with leadership to refine product direction and define market opportunity.
The Outcome Helped position Orbit as a new category of sample intelligence, shifting industry perception from physical inventory to measurable data and growth opportunity.

Peelz Fruit Wraps

This patent-pending invention has taken the cannabis industry by storm. These fruit wraps are 100% natural, offering a tobacco-free, nicotine-free way to roll up.
The Context Peelz was in its earliest stages, before the company had a website, packaging, or fully defined brand direction.
The Work Consulted directly with the founder on early strategy, product positioning, audience development, and brand direction as the company began to take shape.
The Approach Focused on unconventional, high-leverage growth channels, including an organic Reddit strategy designed to reach important audiences and industry connections.
The Outcome Helped support early visibility and strategic direction as Peelz continued to scale from concept-stage brand into a growing company with stronger product, audience, and distribution momentum.

An independent behavioral analytics project built using Python to analyze fan discussion patterns within the Chicago Bulls subreddit.
The Context Using live game and post-game discussion data collected throughout December, January, and February, this project explored how online fan communities shape player perception, emotional investment, and long-term narrative around athletes and teams.
The Work Built an independent behavioral analytics system using Python to collect, structure, and analyze discussion patterns within the Chicago Bulls subreddit.
The Approach Used Reddit scraping workflows, sentiment classification logic, and structured data pipelines to transform raw fan conversation into measurable narrative and player perception trends over time.
The Outcome Created a system capable of identifying recurring emotional patterns, narrative concentration, and long-term belief structures within digitally engaged sports communities.
