Start by talking with your DJ about the atmosphere you want, the songs that matter most and anything you don’t want played. Ask how they’d like to review guest requests during the reception. A request form supports that agreement—it doesn’t replace it.
In LaBelle Bridal’s Manage Music section, you and your partner can organize:

Share the private music-vendor link with your DJ or band. The link stays current as you and your collaborator update the plan.
2. Prepare your wedding song request QR code
Open Guest Song Requests in LaBelle Bridal. Customize the guest page, preview it and use Download QR to prepare your sign. You can also copy or share the guest link.
You can get everything ready ahead of time while keeping the request page closed. Guests won’t be able to submit requests until you turn it on for the wedding.
3. Tell guests where to send their requests
Put the QR code somewhere easy to notice, such as a reception table or a sign near the dance floor. Label it clearly so guests know it’s for music—not photos or seating.

4. Let guests request songs during the reception
Guests scan the code and enter a song title. They can optionally add the artist, their name and a note. No guest account is needed.
If several guests request the same song, duplicate songs combine into one request count. Guest suggestions stay separate from the couple’s priorities until reviewed.
5. Leave the final choice with your DJ
A song request is a suggestion, not a guaranteed spot in the playlist. Your music vendor decides what works with your preferences, the timing and the dance floor.
