A free wedding planning app should help you make progress, not leave you guessing what you’ll have to pay for next.

- Free trial: check when it ends, whether it renews into a paid plan and what happens to your information afterward.
- Free plan: check whether the included features and usage limits will cover your wedding.
Look specifically for limits on guests, collaborators, photo storage and exports. If something you need requires payment, check whether the charge is one-time or recurring. A paid option isn’t automatically a problem; an unclear cost makes comparison harder.
Choose your essentials before comparing features
