The building materials industry lacked visibility into how physical samples were being used, creating inefficiencies across inventory, sales, and customer experience.
Led strategic marketing across multiple product directions, including early-stage digital human concepts and the development of Orbit as a sample tracking system.
Translated complex technical systems into clear positioning, messaging, and sales narratives. Worked closely with leadership to refine product direction, define market opportunities, and build go-to-market strategy.
