LaBelle Bridal
Privacy Policy
Effective August 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how LaBelle Branding LLC, doing business as LaBelle Bridal (“LaBelle Bridal,” “LaBelle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the LaBelle Bridal website, mobile application, wedding-planning tools, Planner Pro workspace, vendor application, and related services.
By using LaBelle Bridal, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use LaBelle Bridal, we may collect:
- Account information: your name, email address, account type, login information, and account preferences.
- Wedding-planning information: information you choose to enter, such as a wedding date, location, budget, guest count, tasks, appointments, vendors, wedding-party members, guest-list information, seating information, RSVP details, registry links, website content, planning notes, and wedding preferences.
- Collaborator information: invitations and permissions you create for a fiancé, spouse, family member, friend, planner, or coordinator.
- Professional information: business name, contact information, service areas, professional role, website, social-media profiles, vendor application responses, consultation information, and other information submitted by vendors, planners, and coordinators.
- Communications: feedback, support requests, messages, reports, nominations, and other communications you send through the service.
- Subscription information: subscription product, entitlement, renewal status, and purchase-verification information. Payments made through the iOS app are processed by Apple. LaBelle Bridal does not receive or store your complete payment-card number.
- Product and technical activity: app screens visited, features used, approximate session timing, device type, operating system, crash information, and similar information needed to operate and improve the service.
LaBelle Bridal does not request government identification numbers, medical records, or precise live location. Please avoid entering sensitive information that is not necessary for wedding planning.
2. Information about other people
Wedding-planning features may allow you to enter information about guests, wedding-party members, collaborators, or other individuals. Only provide information that you are authorized to share, and use it only for legitimate wedding-planning purposes.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Create, authenticate, and manage accounts.
- Provide, save, synchronize, and personalize wedding plans.
- Connect brides with invited collaborators and professionals.
- Operate Planner Pro and professional workspaces.
- Review vendor applications and maintain Community Standards.
- Process and verify subscription access.
- Send account, security, support, and service communications.
- Measure feature performance and improve the customer experience.
- Detect misuse, protect accounts, and maintain service security.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Analytics
LaBelle Bridal may use limited product analytics to understand which features are helpful, identify friction, diagnose errors, and improve the service. Where available, users may disable nonessential product analytics in the Privacy Center.
We design product analytics to exclude wedding-planning notes, budgets, wedding dates, phone numbers, email addresses, and guest-list content. Operational records needed for security, authentication, subscription verification, and service reliability may still be processed.
5. How information is shared
We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
- At your direction: with collaborators, planners, or coordinators you invite, according to the permissions you select.
- Service providers: with companies that support authentication, database storage, app hosting, operational email, analytics, error monitoring, and subscription processing. These providers currently may include Supabase, Expo, Resend, PostHog, and Apple.
- Business operations: with authorized LaBelle personnel when reasonably necessary for support, safety, account administration, vendor review, and service operations.
- Legal and safety reasons: when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, LaBelle Bridal, or others.
- Business changes: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets, subject to appropriate protections.
LaBelle Bridal does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Visibility and permissions
Bride plans are private unless the bride chooses to share access. Collaborators and hired professionals receive access based on their assigned role and permissions. Public wedding-website information is visible only when the user chooses to publish it.
Vendors do not receive bride identities through aggregate profile analytics. LaBelle administrators may access account information when reasonably necessary for support, safety, service operations, or vendor review.
7. Data retention
We retain information while an account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, protect users, maintain security, and satisfy legal or financial obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and why it was collected.
When an account-deletion request is completed, personal information associated with the account will be deleted or de-identified unless retention is required or permitted by law. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before being overwritten.
8. Your privacy choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request to:
- Access or receive a copy of your information.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your account and associated information.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Disable nonessential product analytics where available.
- Ask questions about how your information is handled.
Signed-in users may use the in-app Privacy Center to download available account data or request account deletion. You may also contact us directly. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
9. Security
LaBelle Bridal uses safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted network connections, managed authentication, access controls, and database row-level security. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and users are responsible for protecting their passwords and devices.
10. International processing
LaBelle Bridal is operated from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Those countries may have privacy laws different from the laws where you live.
11. Children’s privacy
LaBelle Bridal is intended for adults age 18 and older. The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
12. Third-party services and links
