Roles and approvals
LaBelle leads strategy and implementation within scope. Opulence approves budgets, offers and major decisions. Licensed providers approve clinical statements. Outside spend remains separate unless included in writing.
West Loop category exclusivity
While the partnership is active, LaBelle will not provide a comparable ongoing retainer to another med spa operating in or immediately surrounding Chicago's West Loop. Final boundaries and exclusions will be defined in the agreement.
The first 90 days.
Set the direction
Confirm services, audiences, goals, approvals and local search opportunities.
Connect the experience
Put the strategy into motion across the website, search, Google visibility and the calendar.
Refine what works
Review early signals, improve the journey and choose the next priorities.
Reporting that leads to a decision.
Completed work, search visibility, pages attracting demand, supported inquiry actions and the next priorities.
A booking click is interest, not a completed appointment. Revenue attribution requires access to the booking or sales system.
What success should look like
More qualified organic discovery, clearer service journeys, stronger brand consistency and better evidence for deciding where marketing time and spend should go next. Specific performance claims begin only after a verified baseline and measurement period.
Clear terms. No surprises.
Engagement
A recommended three-month starting term followed by month to month. Final payment and cancellation terms belong in the service agreement.
Optional Opulence credit
A $600 quarterly service or product credit may replace $200 of each monthly cash invoice. Eligibility and valuation will be defined in the agreement.
Outside costs
Media, paid tools, production, photography, staffing and contractor fees are separate unless included in writing. No outside purchase is made without approval.
One clear direction for the next stage of Opulence.
Choose the level of partnership, then shape the first 90 days around the priorities that matter most.
